This banner is given to you by Murknose, Emissary of Bandos. Murknose is one of the God Emissaries. It can be used to contact your emissary while you are completing jobs for them, allowing you to complete the jobs without needing to return.
After completing the Combat Jobs for your emissary your banner will be upgraded allowing you to contact them to gain a Combat Boost. This will increase your Combat skills (Attack, Defence, Magic, Ranged, and Strength) by 5 levels for 30 minutes. This can be done once per day.
After completing the Skill Jobs for your emissary your banner will be upgraded allowing you to contact them to gain a Skill Boost. This will increase on of your skills (Construction, Cooking, Crafting, Farming, Firemaking, Fishing, Fletching, Herblore, Hunter, Mining, Runecrafting, Thieving, Woodcutting) by 2 levels for 30 minutes. This can be done once per day.
After completing the Exploration Jobs for your emissary your banner will be upgraded allowing you to contact them to gain an Exploration Boost. This will increase your Agility by 5 levels for 30 minutes. This can be done once per day.
If lost or destroyed you can get a new banner for free from Murknose, Emissary of Bandos.
