Can be repaired by Bob in Lumbridge, Dunstan in Burthorpe, Tindel Merchant in Port Khazard, and at the Void Knight Outpost for 300k when broken (0%). Also repaired on an Armor stand in a house for less depending on your Smithing level and at the Void Knight outpost. Costs less when it is in better shape.
