Walkthrough

  1. Start by locating the Adventurer's campsite on the South coast of Lumbridge Swamp, South West of Father Urhney's shack, and talk to the Warrior found there. Choose the options that challenge his authority and he will eventually tell you why they are there and what they are looking for.

  2. Next, attempt to cut the Swamp tree found just East of the camp and a leprechaun called Shamus will appear. Talk to him and ask him how to find the lost city of Zanaris. He'll tell you that you will need a Dramen staff to enter the city, which can be made from a Dramen branch cut from the Dramen tree on Entrana. Once done, he'll offer to teleport you to Port Sarim's docks. If you have all of the recommended equipment, accept. If not, head to a bank and withdraw what you'll need.

  3. Talk to one of the Monks of Entrana on the North East part of the docks and travel to Entrana.

Note: They will only take you to Entrana if you have no weapons or armor with you and this is why you have brought unfinished equipment as it is permitted.

  4. Once on Entrana, head North East through the church and over the bridge to the North side of the island, then West to the to Entrana dungeon entrance. Attempt to climb down the ladder and the Cave monk stood next to it will warn you that once you climb down, there is no way back up and the effects of Prayers are greatly reduced in the dungeon below. Say you're willing to take the risk and climb down.
    Step 4

  5. Follow the tunnel around past some Zombies (level 29) until you reach a group of Greater demons (level 82) and then go into the cave South of them to find the Dramen tree. Make sure you've made your weapons and then cut the tree to summon a Dramen Tree Spirit (level 63). Stand in the middle of the three mushrooms on the South side of the cave and you'll be able to safely attack and kill the Dramen Tree Spirit without being harmed.

Note: If you take too long to kill the spirit, it will disappear and you will have to restart the fight by attempting to cut the tree again. Also, if you do not have a hatchet in your toolbelt, kill the Zombies (level 29) to get a Bronze hatchet.
    Step 5

  6. Once the Dramen Tree Spirit is dead, chop the Dramen tree to get a Dramen branch and craft the branch to make a Dramen staff.

Note: You may want to make more than one staff in case you lose it in future.

  7. Use the Magic door found just past the Greater demons to be teleported to level 32 wilderness.

Note: You can use the home teleport to leave this area, without being teleported to the wilderness.

Head back to the adventurer's camp site in the swamp. Equip your Dramen staff and open the door of the shed found North East of the camp to access the lost city of Zanaris.
