Hooded Pirate

1. Travel to Mos Le'Harmless and walk to the coast, East of Trouble Brewing. Once here speak with the Hooded Pirate. It will simply reach its hand out and give you a Crumpled note (stained), should you choose to accept it.

2. Go to Mos Le'Harmless and search the open chest West of the Northern pub, Harpoon Joe's House of 'Rum'. Inside it you will find a Black coin.

3. Return to the Hooded Pirate and speak with it. In a single movement it will take the coin and give you another Crumpled note (perfumed).

4. Travel to the Odd old man East of Varrock. Speak with him about the Crumpled note (perfumed) and tell him “The darkness is coming” (option 1) “Because the stars start to dim” (option 1). He will then comment that he wouldn't have done the same thing and give you the Rotten journal.
