You will need to visit unchartered isles to find 5 Driftwood. You will need 5 supplies to visit a small unchartered isle, 12 supplies for a medium isle, and 25 for a large isle. Each supply requires 25 chimes to purchase. You can also obtain 5 free supplies daily from the box next to Rosie.

You may have to travel to a few different islands to gather 5 driftwood successfully. It's advised to do short trips to small islands to save chimes in the future, especially if you do not have high skill levels for the Arc.
