Despite not being one of the 4 Districts, it still has a few key features. </p> <ol> <li> <span class="justbold"> Lodestone:</span> <br/> The easiest route to venture to the city can be found here at the Lodestone. As with all other lodestones, you must activate it before you can use it. It is recommended to activate it during <a href="/rs3/quest/jack-of-spades-the">The Jack of Spades</a>. <br/><br/> <img src="/assets/runehq/assets/runehq/image/cityguides/menaphos/lodestone.png" alt="Lodestone" /> <br/><br/> </li> <li> <span class="justbold"> Heart of the Plaza:</span> <br/> In the center of the Plaza we find a large statue in likeness of the <a href="/database/npc/pharaoh"> Pharaoh</a>. Around it we can find Challenge Mistress Rashida, the Impling collector, and several citizens. <br/><br/> <img src="/assets/runehq/assets/runehq/image/cityguides/menaphos/statue.png" alt="Heart of the Corruption" /> <br/><br/> </li> <li> <span class="justbold"> Guarding the gates:</span> <br/> On the East side of the Plaza is <a href="/database/npc/coenus">Coenus</a>, he stands guard of all those leaving Menaphos across the bridge to their neighboring city of <a href="/rs3/city/sophanem">Sophanem</a>. There you can buy and sell several fishing supplies including the local caught fish. North of the fountain is <a href="/rs3/special/transportation-guide#fairyrings">fairy code</a> C-K-Q. The entrance can be found on the mid-Eastern wall at the top of some stairs. Within it is <a href="/database/npc/kohnen-the-librarian">Kohnen</a>, several books that you can read, the Sundial from the Golden Path Challenge, and, after partial completion of <a href="$qlnk11657"> Our Man in the North</a>, <a href="/database/npc/aristarchus">Aristarchus</a>. Outside of the library entrance you can find a deposit box when you have gained tier 2 <a href="/rs3/special/menaphos-reputation#imperial">Imperial reputation</a>. First is that this is the location where the <a href="/rs3/special/menaphos-reputation#obby">Soul Obelisk</a> will appear when active in the Imperial District. Slightly farther East is the entrance to <a href="/rs3/special/menaphos-reputation#tombs">Shifting Tombs</a>. You can choose to enter the lobby area directly or you can right click it and quick travel to one of the other districts. And North of the <a href="/rs3/special/menaphos-reputation#obby">Obelisk</a> are 8 Acadia trees. <br/><br/> <img src="/assets/runehq/assets/runehq/image/cityguides/menaphos/imperialobby.png" alt=" So Much to Do, So Little Time" /> <br/><br/> </li> <li><a id="ieight"></a> <span class="justbold"> VIP:</span> <br/> Even farther North of the <a href="/rs3/special/menaphos-reputation#obby">Obelisk</a> location is the VIP section. You can access this area when you have achieved tier 7 <a href="/rs3/special/menaphos-reputation#city">Menaphos city reputation</a>. Inside you will find a bank chest, as well as 4 Acadia trees and 3 concentrated mineral deposits around a pool of water containing 3 fishing spots on the West side. Within the walls of the VIP area, you will also find <a href="/database/npc/anukat">Anukat</a> and a <a href="/database/npc/fisherman">Fisherman</a>, for <a href="/rs3/distract-divert/fish-flingers">Fish Flingers</a>. <br/><br/> <img src="/assets/runehq/assets/runehq/image/cityguides/menaphos/vip.png" alt=" Elite Skilling" /> <br/><br/> </li> <li><a id="inine"></a> <span class="justbold"> Cacti Farming:</span> <br/> North West of the VIP area, you will find <a href="/database/npc/zahra-menaphos">Zahra</a> and a cactus patch. He loves to dance and just can't stop, but that doesn't keep him, <a href="/database/npc/danwad">Danwad</a>, and <a href="/database/npc/tefibi">Tefibi</a> (both to the East of him) from assigning <a href="/rs3/special/menaphos-reputation#quests">City Quest</a> tasks. <br/><br/> <img src="/assets/runehq/assets/runehq/image/cityguides/menaphos/dance.png" alt=" Dance Until You Die" /> <br/><br/> </li> <li><a id="wthree"></a> <span class="justbold"> Shifting tombs:</span> <br/> North East of <a href="/database/npc/kharl">Kharl</a> you will find the entrance to <a href="/rs3/special/menaphos-reputation#tombs">Shifting Tombs</a>. And just outside the building is a forge and <a href="/database/npc/sennefer">Sennefer</a>, who also assigns <a href="/rs3/special/menaphos-reputation#quests">City Quest</a> tasks. Firstly, we find a firepit; This is not locked behind <a href="/rs3/special/menaphos-reputation">reputation</a> so you can use it freely. Should you get tired running from your bank to the fire pit, you will also notice there is a <a href="/database/npc/worker-district-musician">Musician</a> here where you can rest to regain your health and energy faster. Lastly, on the Western side of the firepit is <a href="/database/npc/batal">Batal</a>, the leader of the Worker District. <br/><br/> <img src="/assets/runehq/assets/runehq/image/cityguides/menaphos/pit.png" alt=" Fire In The Hole" /> <br/><br/> </li> <li><a id="wsix"></a> <span class="justbold"> Quarry:</span> <br/> North of the firepit is a small quarry that contains mineral deposits and clay rocks. <br/><br/> <img src="/assets/runehq/assets/runehq/image/cityguides/menaphos/quarry.png" alt=" Rock Out!" /> <br/><br/> </li> <li><a id="wseven"></a> <span class="justbold"> Kitty:</span> <br/> In the house to the East of the quarry, you will find <a href="/database/npc/shebit">Shebit</a> locked inside; only accessible to those with tier 5 <a href="/rs3/special/menaphos-reputation#worker">Worker reputation</a> or higher. <br/><br/> <img src="/assets/runehq/assets/runehq/image/cityguides/menaphos/shebit.png" alt=" Here Kitty Kitty" /> <br/><br/> </li> <li><a id="weight"></a> <span class="justbold"> Crafting and More:</span> <br/> South of <a href="/database/npc/shebit">Shebit</a>'s home are a few key locations. In the first house South of it, we can find 2 potters wheels and a pottery oven to easily create urns using the local clay. On the East side of this building you will find a deposit box when you have tier 2 <a href="/rs3/special/menaphos-reputation#worker">Worker reputation</a>. When you have achieved tier 6, this deposit box will upgrade to a bank chest.
