The lowest level required to kill any of the monsters in the Monastery dungeon is 81 Slayer. Outside the Monastery is <a href="/database/npc/ocellus">Ocellus</a>. They will only surface if you have them assigned as a <a href="/rs3/skill/slayer">Slayer</a> task.
