Walkthrough

  1. Talk to Commander Veldaban and you'll be shown a cutscene.

  2. You'll be moved to a different location near the Drunken Dwarf's house. Talk to him about Red Axe and he'll want a beer.

  3. Give him the beer, which he says is no good. He will give you a Kelda seed and will tell you to find his drinking buddies for the other 3 seeds you need.

  4. The second Kelda seed can be obtained from the Rowdy Dwarf, wandering around the pub in the Eastern part of Keldagrim, in exchange for a random item.

    Random items include: A Brown Toy Horsey, A fake beard, Acne potion, Amulet mould, Anchovy pizza, Ashes, Banana, Bat bones, Broken glass, Burnt chicken, Cabbage, Eye patch, Flier, King worm, Pink skirt, Potato, Red Cape, Spinning plate, Steel dart, Studded chaps, Swamp tar, Ugthanki dung, Vampire dust, and White Apron.

    Note: If you do not know how to obtain the item or wish to fetch him another item, then simply wait for a little while. You then tell him you do not know where to find the item and he will ask for another item.

  5. Go to the West Keldagrim Bar and get a beer to toast with Gauss. He'll give you a seed.

  6. Go to the bar under White Wolf Mountain and talk to Khorvak, a dwarven engineer. Ask him if you can borrow his seed, in which he will give you.

  7. Now you need to plant your seeds at the Hops Spot near the Bank in West Keldagrim. There is no need to treat the soil as it is already very rich in Compost. These seeds are also very fast at growing.

  8. Optionally, while waiting, you can deliver a letter for the Gardener. The person you need to find is Elstan, at the farming patch South of Falador. You get a small reward of 2 herb seeds for your trouble. They are random for each player.

  9. After the seeds are fully grown, pick them. You will now need to make the beer.

    Head to the Laughing Miner pub in the Eastern part of Keldagrim. Go up the stairs to the Keldagrim Brewery and ask Blandebir to fill up your empty pot with Ale yeast for 25 coins. Use the 2 Buckets of water, 2 Barley malts, Kelda hops, and finally the Ale yeast on the fermenting vat. You now will need to wait for between 5 to 20 minutes for the ale to ferment. Once it has fermented, turn the valve on the vat and then use your empty Beer glass on the barrel to fill it up with Kelda stout.

    Note: Do not turn the valve if the ale has not fermented yet or it will drain the vat, resulting in you having to start over. You can get another set of hops from the Gardener for free if you happen to destroy or waste your current set. If you forgot to bring an Empty pot, then simply pick up one from the nearby table.

  10. Take the Kelda stout to the Drunken Dwarf. He will tell you about a boarded up tunnel that leads to the Red Axe Base South of the mine cart station.

  11. Go talk to the Cart conductor who looks like the one the picture, he's the one that's farthest South, who says you need someone with authority to open the closed tunnel. Talk to the director of the company you joined during the Giant Dwarf. The directors can be found on the second floor in the middle of the Consortium.

  12. After talking to him, the tunnel is now open. Go to the tunnel, and ride the cart. You will end up in the Red Axe Base.

    Note: Do NOT log off while doing the mine cart puzzle, as you'll lose your current puzzle progress and will need to restart the puzzle.

  13. You now have to work out how to place junctions on the mine cart map to get to the desired location marked in blue. Make sure to search any boxes you find. Your goal is to get to the red X.

  14. After you reach the red X you'll overhear the Red Axe dwarfs talking about how they plan to make the statue fall.

  15. Go through to the next set of mine cart puzzles.

  16. Search through all the bookcases in the next room and the crates with papers on them.

  17. Then move on for the third installment of cart puzzles. This time there is no markers to help you whatsoever.

  18. After you have solved the last puzzle, a cut scene will occur featuring the Red Axe and their newly created Chaos dwarves. Near the end of the cut scene, they will spot you and cast a spell on you causing you suffer from a loss of memory. You will also be teleported back to the mine cart station in Keldagrim.

  19. Return to Commander Veldaban. You will not remember anything that has happened and will feel the urge to have a Beer and a Kebab at the Laughing Miner pub.

  20. Head to the pub in the Eastern part of Keldagrim, with a Beer and a Kebab in your inventory. There, consume one of the two and a cut scene will occur.

    Drinking these Stouts will:

    Increase your Smithing and Mining by 2 levels, and drain your Attack by 12 levels, Strength by 6 levels, and Defence by 5 levels.

Rewards

5000 Farming XP, 5000 Cooking XP, and 2 Mature Dwarven Stouts.
