Talk to the monk west of the temple and he will tell you to make a new weapon.

Take a Mithril 2h sword to Doric's house north of Falador and use it with Doric's whetstone. Grind it down to make a Slender blade, then add the bowstring to it to make a Bow-sword.
Note: It is possible to temporarily boost your Smithing level by consuming Dwarven stout (m) at level 63 or Dwarven stout at level 64.

After returning the bowsword to the monk, you will receive an orb. Put it in a large pouch and take it to Entrana. You will have to go to Entrana by entering the Abyss and then going through the Law altar portal.

Use the orb with the altar in the church on Entrana and you will see a cutscene. When it is finished, return to the monk at the River Salve. You do lose your large pouch.

Search the dead monk that you find there and return to the high priest on Entrana.

The High Priest will tell you to go speak to Sir Tiffy in Falador Park.
