Wendy is the apprentice and travelling companion of Maggie.
After completing Swept Away, you can talk to her and ask her to make your cat purple like her own, Trogs. However, she'll tell you she requires Magic unguent and tell you to talk to Lottie. Once you have the unguent, bring it to her with your cat and she'll turn it purple.
