The Islanders of Waiko wander about the island. None are performing any specific tasks nor are you able to talk to any of them.
However, some of the villagers can be pick-pocketed at level 88 Thieving. Once you have clicked them, you will continue to pick-pocket them until you are caught. When you have been caught 3 times you will be unable to pick-pocket from them for 5 minutes. For each successful attempt you will be awarded 43 experience and one of the following items.
