Vanligga Gastfrihet is the landlady of a restaurant on the Fremennik Island of Jatizso, which currently has two dwarven customers called Grundt and Brendt.
During The Fremennik Isles you are asked to collect taxes from each shop owner on the island and this includes Vanligga. When you try to obtain 5,000 coins from her in tax, she will ask you to pay it for her in return for opening up her contraband yak store. If you refuse, then you can refund her after the quest to still gain access to the store.
From her yak store you can buy Hair, Yak-hide, and Raw yak meat.
