Ube watches after a network beacon North East of Varrock castle. She can also provide information on the other beacons.
To light her beacon, a you must have completed the All Fired Up quest, have 20 identical logs (of any type that you can light), a tinderbox, and level 53 Firemaking.
If you have completed the Garden of Tranquillity quest, give her a White tree fruit, and the beacon has been lit, you can give Ube five logs (same type that were used to light the beacon) for her to tend the beacon with. This allows the beacon to stay lit longer.
