Northeastern part of the TzHaar City, surrounding the Birthing pool, north of the Main Plaza and at the entrance to The Fight Kiln.

The TzHaar-Ket guard important sites around the city. Two guard The Fight Kiln, another two guard a large gate north of the Main plaza and a further five guard the Birthing pool. If asked about the gate, the TzHaar-Ket will tell you that they don't trust JalYt and have closed off the rest of the city to them.
