The Tooth Fairy is one of three fairies working alongside the Fairy Queen after the Godfather takes over Zanaris. She plays a large role in A Fairy Tale Part III, coming up with the plan to get rid of the Fairy Godfather. Traded in combination with Kebbit teeth, Old tooth, Monkey dentures, and Human tooth to the Tooth Fairy for a Tooth creature. You can also sell one to her for 2000 coins.
She will give you a tooth creature if you provide her with Kebbit teeth, an Old tooth, Monkey dentures, a Suqah tooth, and a Human tooth.
