She is first encountered in the clock tower as "feet", as that is all that is sticking out from under the machinery. The player has to help her set the correct time on the clock and then she appears in the room and can be asked about Sister Anna and her murder.
Later, Sister Debora is held hostage by The Killer and the player must free her.
