Sharkborne is an extremely happy and welcoming greeter found on Waiko Island. When you first arrive to the Arc Islands, Sharkborne is the first new NPC that you are able to talk to. He eagerly answers your questions about the Arc and hands you a copy of The Arc: A Tourist's Guide.
