Sani was the Smithing tutor, but was renamed and his dialogue changed to one reply, offering the usage of his anvils, when the RuneScape tutors were replaced by the advisor interface.
In the Dimension of Disaster quest you will need to buy 3 tin ore (for 60 Zemomarks) and 1 gold ore (for 150 Zemomarks) from Sani.
