<li>At least 2 bedrooms in your home, with 1 bed in each

<li>Removing a bed(room) so you have less than 2 will cause your servant to disappear and not return until you once again meet the requirement and re-enter the house</li>

<li>No servant currently hired. If you have another servant, you must fire your current one before you can hire this one</li>
