During Civil War III, you will need to talk to her about the Garden of Kharid and report your progress to her.
Note that you can speak to her before Civil War III to learn about the Garden and begin collecting Crux Eqal Favour. Once you have unlocked access to earning the favour, you can check in with her to discover what your Daily Herb is. She can be asked this either in person or by using the Lunar Spell "Contact NPC".
