During Civil War II, he and the $plnkfull3554 bicker about which Zamorakian faction is better: K'ril's or $plnkfull3015's and ask you to decide before they will return an item they stole from "$plnkfull3550".
After completion of the "Far-Reaching and Wild-Ranging" Achievement, they will be able to teleport you ONCE to the current (up to 5 minutes early) event. This teleport has a 45 minute cool-down. If you have PvP enabled when attempting to teleport, you will be prompted to confirm that you wish to continue.
If an Event is completed with a full inventory and full bank, they will temporarily hold your rewards for you. Note that you MUST claim them before lobbying/logging out or the rewards will be lost.
