On occasion, the Minnowman will spawn near the entrance of the Hub and walk South to the Minnow shoals. Speaking to him, you will learn that he needs a specific number of Magnetic minnows. Providing him with them will earn you up to 1,950 Experience when he leaves. You MUST interact with him before he starts walking back to his boat.
