The Mind-controlled monkey butler, aka Steve, is like any other Player Owned House servant. He can serve food and drink, fetch certain items from your bank, and greet guests entering your house. And like other higher tiered butlers, he can also take logs to the saw mill for you.
In order to hire him as your butler, you must first unlock and create a Monkey mind-control helmet via the Goblin Invention Tech tree
