In The Great Brain Robbery, Mi-gor is attempting to perform experiments on the locals.
Mi-Gor is found in a cutscene at the very end of Rocking Out.
During A Clockwork Syringe, we once again meet and fight Mi-gor, but this time he has a little bit of help.
In Pieces of Hate, Mi-gor can be found talking to someone on Rock Island Prison. Later, he will attack Braindeath Island and capture Captain Braindeath in an attempt to learn the secret ingredient.
