He appeared as part of the Tribute to Guthix event during Spring 2013. You are able to claim the Butterfly mask, Butterfly legs, and Butterfly top from him. You will be also unlock the Butterfly Dervish emote and the ability to turn any 2h sword to look like the Sword of Edicts.
