During Evil Dave's Big Day Out, Margaret will bring her children to Evil Dave's Basement and chat with Felicity. They will then ask "Dave" to watch some of the children. After protesting because you are going to the desert, they will adjust their request to watching 3 of the kids. You will concede and pick out the members of your Doom squad.
