In the Underground Pass dungeon. He is located at the southern end of the 3rd level down (below Iban agility bridges). The dungeon entrance is on the far west side of West Ardougne.

A dwarf trapped in the Underground Pass. During the quest (see guide) he will give you a Tinderbox and pair of Klank's gauntlets. He will sell you another pair of gauntlets for 5,000 coins.
