Speak to him to start the Throne of Miscellania quest. He really is that big, he had a curse placed upon him during his adventures to the ice lands. The curse is lifted after the Glorious Memories quest and he changes from a yeti to a human. Was captured and during the Blood Runs Deep quest, is saved by you.
