Talking to Kelhar, he will tell you that there are dragons unlike any you have faced before within the cavern below. In order to access the cavern, he requires that you are either on task from a Slayer Master or that you pay him in gems. For every Uncut dragonstone you pay him, you will be allowed to kill 2 dragons; each Uncut onyx you can kill 400; and each Incomplete hydrix you can kill 4,000.
If you have credit with Kelhar and return due to a slayer task, completing the task will not consume any of your credits within the cavern. Once you have finished the last kill on your task, however, any farther kills made will consume your credit.
