Jethick is an elderly citizen of West Ardougne and one of the few not affected by the plague.
During Plague City you will show Jethick a Picture of the missing Elena and ask him if he's seen her. He'll tell you that she's been helping the sick and he saw her at at the Rehnison's house and asks you to return a Book to Ted Rehnison for him while you're there.
During Plague's End he is named on a List given to you by Bravek of citizens who would be willing to take part in an uprising against the Mourners and once you've talked to him, he agrees to help you.
