Jerrod is a werewolf you must free from a cell in the basement of Lord Handlemort's mansion during Dishonour among Thieves. This is requested by Hazeel who believes that Jerrod will make a useful member of the team being assembled by Zamorak to try and steal the Stone of Jas.
Once you've freed him and started the heist, Jerrod will help you clear guards from the rooms leading up to the vault the stone is being kept in and again assist you with opening the vault door itself.
The events leading up to his imprisonment in Lord Handlemort's mansion are detailed in the RuneScape novel, Betrayal at Falador in which Jerrod is one of the main antagonists.
