Within the Temple of Icthlarin, in the Mid-Eastern side of the city.

The High Priest leads the worshipers of <a href="$plnk576">Icthlarin</a>, the Menaphite god of the dead. As with most citizens of Sophanem, he is afflicted with the plague brought upon the city by the goddess Amascut.
<br><br>
He plays the following roles in these quests:
<ul>
<li>Icthlarin's Little Helper - you must give the High Priest a <a href="$ilnk14471">Sphinx's token</a> so that he will talk to you and explain what to do with the <a href="$ilnk14469">Canopic jar</a> in your possession. At the end of the quest, he will award you with a <a href="$ilnk2208">Catspeak amulet</a>.</li>
<li>Contact! - Quest start point, he asks you to find a way to make contact with the neighboring city of <a href="$clnk968">Menaphos</a>, which has been placed under lock-down due to the plague.</li>
<li>Dealing with Scabaras - Quest start point, he will ask for your help in identifying a corpse which turns out to be not quite dead.</li>
