During the Witch's Potion, you bring her ingredients for her potion, and then drink from it. Jagex removed this as a quest however. During the Swept Away quest, you bring her a Broomstick to get enchanted for Maggie. You need to bring Hetty a Newt so she can make you Broom ointment.
