Speaking to him will enable you to obtain and customize a <a href="$ilnk30136">Herald cape</a>. In order to fully customize the cape, you will need to do several specific things. These include:

<li>Complete <a href="$qlnk154">The Death of Chivalry</a></li>
<li>Complete <a href="$qlnk176">The Knight's Sword</a></li>
<li>Complete 11 <a href="$adlnk2">Falador Achievements</a></li>
<li>Complete <a href="$qlnk146">Dragon Slayer</a></li>
<li>Complete the event "Turkey Protest"</li>
</ul>
Note that you will only be able to customize the Falador version of the cape here. If you have a Herald cape from another city, he will ask you if you would like to change it to a Falador one as it is not possible to have multiple versions.
