Harpoon can be found with his younger brother Bubbles. They have come to the Fishing Hub to become on-trey-pro-nerds (entrepreneurs). It seems that the Trolls really enjoy rocktails, but the Living Rock Caverns are dangerous, so these guys catch some here then spend a week living lavishly before returning for more fish.
Though he was once fond of fishing, he seems to enjoy it less since his brother ate his skill pet, Bubbles.
