Al Kharid, Digsite, Karamja (southern continent, east side), Tree Gnome Stronghold Grand Tree (top floor), Wolf Mountain top.

Upon completing The Grand Tree quest, the gnome pilot will fly you to the destinations shown above. However he crashes the plane on one of your flights (usually digsite) so choose your destinations carefully (avoid using one you will need in future) until he wrecks once.
