Random Event. Rub the lamp it gives you and select a skill to gain experience points. (The experience you get = 10 times the level of the skill you choose). If you ignore a Genie while he is talking to you you might get taken away to a random location in a puff of smoke. Genies do not appear when you are doing any certain activity. You can be standing doing nothing and one can still appear.
