In A Fairy Tale Part I - Growing Pains, he takes the place of the Fairy Queen and rewards you at the end of the quest. Gives permission to use Fairy rings in A Fairy Tale Part II - Cure a Queen. He is also the Antagonist in A Fairy Tale Part II - Battle at Orks Rift.
