The Elf Tracker is a member of the Iorwerth Clan and a servant of Lord Iorwerth.
During Regicide, Lord Iorwerth sends you to meet up with his tracker at a camp site recently abandoned by King Tyras and his men, but when you try to talk to him, he will not trust you until you obtain and show him a Crystal pendant from Iorwerth. Once done, he will teach you how to climb through the dense forests throughout Isafdar and direct you to King Tyras' new camp.
