Dwarven Miners can primarily be found traveling in a cart to the Blast Furnace delivering ore to Ordan. They repeat this path every 15 seconds or so and bring 20-40 ores ranging up to Mithril.
Other miners can be found at various other mines working for Doric and Boric. When completing their Tasks, you will encounter one at the Coal Trucks.
