Duke Horacio plays the following roles in the quests he participates in:
- Death to the Dorgeshuun - You may need to meet him during the tour of Lumbridge.
- Dragon Slayer - He will give you an Anti-dragon shield.
- The Lost Tribe - You will need to speak with him several times about the collapsed part of the Castle cellar and what all you've discovered.
- You Are It - You will need to cry and panic in front of him with nothing equipped. This will prompt 2 cutscenes, one of which he is a part of.
