During Recipe for Disaster, she vaguely will instruct you how to make stew for Evil Dave. Unfortunately she isn't too specific so you will need to figure out the specific spices on your own.
For Evil Dave's Big Day Out, she will go out of the house to run errands then ground you because you have left while she was away.
She can also tell you how to restore your hellcat (kitten/cat/overgrown/wily/lazy) to normal (kitten/cat/overgrown/wily/lazy) or do it for you. Having your normal cat catch the Hell-Rats in the basement will turn it into its hellcat variant.
Doris is also a witness in her son's Court Case.
