Dealga is a monkey from Ape Atoll who runs a scimitar shop in Southern Varrock. His shop stocks Dragon scimitars and Off-hand dragon scimitars after you've completed Monkey Madness. A Monkeyspeak amulet is required to talk to him about why he's there, but not to trade him.
