For the "Crablet Plunder" Seasonal Event (September 2016), Classie can be found in Burthorpe. Despite the fact that she cannot actually speak, you can go to her(or open the Seasonal Event tab ) to play Crablet Plunder once daily. Here you are able to choose up to 3 of 5 different "items" to catch. Some provide boosts and others determine what skill you will receive experience in.
