In Rocking Out, he asks you to convince the bartender at the Rusty Anchor inn in Port Sarim to stock his rum. If you succeed, he will provide his mark.
In A Clockwork Syringe, you go goes on behalf of Bill Teach to ask Captain Braindeath for a Twiblick night special in order to interrogate a zombie pirate that tried to murder the player in his own house.
During Pieces of Hate, he can be seen captured at the distillery. You will need to enact "Operation Witchwood" to help set him free.
