Because Jed once saved his life, Cap'n is working for Jed. He is made to do some questionable deed during the Head of the Family miniquest and his debt to Jed is now repaid. Cap'n Enkahi is remorseful for his actions, thus he becomes Lookout Ekahi and joins your crew.
