The Battlemaster is the access point of the Clan Battlefield. His livery changes to match the clan colours. You can talk to him, or use the right-click options for speed.
'Edit-battlefield' option allows those with privileges to create and alter the Battlefield maps.
'Initiate-battle' starts a game. This can be done by anyone with the appropriate privileges.
'Join-battle' can be used to enter the game if there is one in progress. Anyone allowed on the Citadel island can enter a game.
