The Baron is first seen, though unidentified at the time, in Rocking Out where you suck him up with a vacuum pump and shoot it at Ralph's window to get his attention.
In A Clockwork Syringe, he will accept that you are trying to atone for your previous offense and offer to help defeat your current enemies.
In Pieces of Hate, he will first chastise you for your dealings with his enemy (Count Ludwig Koppenploppen) but will agree to help you blow up the nearby dungeon to release the 'rum' pumped crabs.
