Baraek buys and sells fur. He gets excited if members agree to sell him Grey wolf fur for 120 gold coins.
In the Shield of Arrav and Dimension of Disaster quests, for a small sum, he will direct you to the Phoenix gang headquarters.
Note: It is wise to join the Black Arm instead; it is more in demand and thus easier to find a partner. Speak to Charlie, just Northwest of Varrock's South gate for the Black Arm Gang's Headquarters.
