In Southwest Varrock, just Northwest of the sword shop.

The Apothecary is a very busy man.
He makes Strength potions (If you bring him Limpwurt root, Red spiders' eggs, and 5 Coins), a Cadava potion for Juliet, and will give herblore experience to members for the diary from the Shades Of Mort'ton quest.
He gives a doctor's/nurse's hat for the A Tail of Two Cats quest.
And he makes the Breathing Salts for the One Small Favour quest.
In the Dimension of Disaster quest, if you bring him a Cabbage, a Rotten tomato, and Dog hair he will make you a Sobriety potion which you can put in a beer and give to Dr Harlow.
